PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All the sales prices of the products indicated on the website www.everlifedesign.it, are expressed in Euro and they include VAT according to the rates in force in Italy.

Shipping costs and any additional charges and fees are excluded and, where provided, they are indicated and calculated in the purchase procedure before the order is forwarded and, furthermore, indicated in the summary of the order placed.

It is possible to pay through the following payment methods:

  • BANK TRANSFER
    In the order confirmation you will receive a summary with the total amount due and bank details on which you have to make the payment. Once payment has been verified, the order will be processed. From that moment, the delivery terms indicated for the different products ordered will start. You will receive an email on the email address used in phase of registration with the communication that your payment is completed successfully.
  • CREDIT CARD
    At the end of the order process you can pay using:
    Visa - Visa Electron - V PAY – MasterCard – Maestro - American Express - Diners

Our system uses secure servers provided directly by Stripe Bank. Thermomat Saniline srl will not display credit card data in any way, that are managed securely.

SHIPMENT AND LEAD TIME

DELIVERY WITH COURIER

Delivery occurs by a primary courier selected by EVER Life Design. The departure of the goods from the warehouse will be notified by email. Deliveries by courier take place from Monday to Friday. 

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is different in relation to the products, and it is  referred to estimaded data in case of optimal conditions. Delivery time may be subject to variations, especially during summer and Christmas period, and other National holidays period. Variations can also be given by the following factors: stock availability, and type of delivery service required.

Considering the characteristics of each product, EVER Life Design offers the possibility to choose the best type of service most suited for your needs.

NB: In case of international shipment, potential additional costs and fees like customs duties and other tax will be at the charge of the buyer. 

The moment you confirm the order, you will receive a notice with an indication of the estimated lead time.

When the goods are shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Check the integrity of the boxes at the moment of the delivery and write down on the delivery document any possible damage.
