SHIPMENT COSTS

Shipments outside the European Community ( outside the EU ) DO NOT include the costs for any customs duties ( for any reason due ) that will be borne by the Consignee and can be requested directly by the Courier ( together with a fee, if the Courier should anticipate any payment ) upon delivery. Customs policies change considerably from country to country; for this reason, the Customer is invited to contact the customs office of his country, to check the amount of any customs charges before placing the order.  

Shipment will be made after receiving the confirmation of the payment. In case of payment by bank transfer, Thermomat Saniline srl will process the order only after verifying the transfer of the amount. Therefore, to lead time indicated in the email of recap of the order,  it will be necessary to add waiting time for the credit entry.  

The shipping term of an order, containing items with different lead times, will be the one of the item that requires the longest shipping term. 

Deliveries will be made by courier to the postal address indicated by the customer during the purchase procedure and at the time of the order. The customer will be responsible for the address provided. No liability will be ascribed to the Seller for errors of shipment or incorrect delivery of the Shipment and delivery

The delivery document issued by the Transporter / Courier, dated and signed by the Customer, will be a proof of the shipment and delivery of the goods.  

At the time of delivery, before signing any document certifying the receipt of the goods ( digital or paper ), the Customer must check the integrity of the content, the conformity and the conditions of the products and in particular that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the one indicated in delivery document attached to the shipment and that the packaging is intact ( not damaged, or wet, or altered ). If the Customer finds anomalies, he has to refuse the delivery of the products or to accept the goods delivered by the Courier by expressly writing the clause “ PROVISIONALLY ACCEPTED , SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION “, reporting this issue in writing to the Seller, under penalty of forfeiture, within 8 days from the receipt ( by sending an email to  info@everlifedesign.it). In case of a dispute, the Customer will take care to keep the original shipping packages and packaging in case of inspection for at least 60 days.  The acceptamce of the goods without indicating the clause “ PROVISIONALLY ACCEPTED, SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION “ will forbid any refund in the event of damage attributable to the Courier.   For this reason the Customer is invited to accept always each shipment by placing the above-mentioned condition of “ PROVISIONALLY ACCEPTED, SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION “. 

In case of goods arrived at their destination without damages, if the Customer does not accept his order following the terms and conditions offered by the Courier, Thermomat Saniline srl will consider canceled the order ( and terminated the contract ) and will refund the Customer with the amount paid, with exclusion of the delivery costs, shipment cost for the return of the goods from the Courier to the Seller and all the costs for any customs charges due to the return of the goods to Thermomat Saniline srl.   The cancellation of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the Customer by email. 

The appointed Courier can inform the Consignee about an incoming shipment or a non-delivery. To the Consignee, may be made available alternative delivery options, such as a different day of delivery, or the delivery to another address, or to the service point of the Courier or to a third party. 

Unless otherwise indicated at the moment of purchase, the products sold by Thermomat Saniline srl provide for a standard delivery at ground floor.  

Thermomat Saniline srl does not make product installation services. 

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time of the products is variable and strictly connected to the places of COLLECTION and DELIVERY. The delivery time provided at the moment of the order confirmation is estimated and indicative, it is  not obligatory, it is achievable in case of perfect conditions, that may be subject to variations, especially during holiday periods, and  always depend from the following factors: availability of the products in the warehouse and type of shipment selected by the Customer. 

Thermomat Saniline srl will not be responsible for any delays caused by the courier in charge for the delivery of the products. 

PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT


All sales prices of the Products indicated within the website www.everlifedesign.it, are expressed in euros and are inclusive of VAT according to the rates in force in Italy. Shipping costs and any ancillary charges are excluded and, where present, are indicated and calculated in the purchase procedure before placing the order and, also, contained in the summary of the order placed.

You can pay through the following payment methods:

BANK TRANSFER

In the order confirmation you will receive a summary of the total amount to be paid and the coordinates of the bank on which to make the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be activated and the delivery terms indicated for the different items ordered will start. The successful completion of the payment will be communicated with an email to the email address indicated during registration.

CREDIT CARD

At the end of the order process you will be able to pay securely through the Stripe payment circuit using: Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Diners Club/ Discover Our system uses secure servers provided directly by the banking institution NEXI. Thermomat Saniline Ltd. will not display credit card information in any way, which is handled securely. Card data is protected using PCI DSS v 3.2 security standards.

At the end of the order process you will also be able to pay using your PayPal account.
